Note that I have parked a 16 ft. trailer near New Shop. We can use it to deliver altar pieces and to pick up tables and chairs needed for Bunko night.
Later this Spring we can rent a wood chipper for about $200 per day to make our own mulch from our toppled elm trees up to 6 inch diameter. A mulch company in Omaha will remove larger stuff and stumps for $500... need to think about that.

Dear Green Team!
This Saturday, February 4, 2012 is the First Saturday – maybe snow! We don’t know but we have a variety of things going on and we could use some help!
1. We have a confirmation retreat from 9-3 pm – February 4, 2012 from St. John’s of Fort Calhoun!
2. Greg Lenz and his family are putting in the Cabinets to the new building and could use some help (after lunch I believe)
3. I have some parents and confirmation students (around 6 to 10) who want to do service for us both Saturday and Sunday. They will work from 10-12 Noon.
We need a to-do list and a supervisor! We hope to have a mailing ready to work on and we need to clean some more around property, gutters still need fixing and hanging on the house, and clean stickers off windows in new building, etc.
***Bob can you remake our To-do list?
4. Leela is back, but not feeling well. Don’t know exactly how she will feel by Saturday. We need to cook for all these people! J She will need help if she is better!
Let me know what you think we can to-do!
Thank you for your generous help!! God bless you all!
Teresa

Regards: Helping to coordinate a service project Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 10:00 to 12:00 noon.
Hi everyone!
I have been looking around the property and I see there are piles of pavers and bricks that were used for the rose gardens and such, all mixed into the gardens and lawns. When they tore up the property for the roads they tore everything up! There are also sticks and trash all over the property. I would like to get it cleaned up and ready for the early spring planting and gardening and that we would not have to deal with trash and bricks in the gardens. We also will need to do a little clean up in the new building too.
So I put out a note to St. Pat’s and I have about 12 people coming 6 adults and 6 eighth graders (maybe more)! They will come from 10-12 and end at noon with Hot Chocolate!! Is anyone free to help me supervise and assist our volunteers? I need some help coordinating them and making sure we use those two hours and all that man/child power to our best advantage.
We also need help to plan to put in a small retaining wall on the east side of the parking lot in front of the new building! If you have any ideas or think you know how we might do it ourselves before the winter snows melt and the spring rains come down, please tell us!! HELP!! It is steeper then we thought and for sure it will be a muddy mess if we don’t do something soon! Thanks!
May the good Lord and all the garden and lawn Angels be with us! Teresa
The Green Team is a volunteer core group of the Pro Sanctity Movement that started in the Fall of 2009. The team is made up of men and women who wish to grow in holiness and offer their service and skills to maintain the Pro Sanctity Center for others.
They meet on a monthly basis for planning, and individually, or as a group, carry out the plans that were made.
You may join at any time and no skill is too small to share from mowing to building, from cleaning to designing...
